• Lead Discovery & Solution Shaping to define problems and translate strategy into prioritized backlogs.
• Build and lead the Analysis Practice, coaching BA/UX teams and establishing standards.
• Own Requirements & Experience Quality ensuring traceability, testability, and delivery readiness.
