Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Hands-on prototyping, wireframing, and usability testing.
• Experience running or supporting client workshops and discovery sessions.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design execution and outcomes.
• Excellent English communication in meetings and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own design execution within project teams from wireframes to developer-ready designs.
• Create user-centric designs with attention to detail and business impact.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers and stakeholders with clear communication.
• Facilitate design workshops and discovery sessions to define scope and rationale.
• Present design decisions and thought processes to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support sales and client relations by translating business goals into UX strategy.
