Societe Generale Global Solution Center Poland in Warsaw invites an experienced professional to join the GLBA Normative and Regulatory projects team. Based in Warsaw, you will collaborate with Paris-based colleagues to ensure regulatory and compliance excellence across front-officers and governance bodies.

You will engage in IBOR transition, Booking Policy governance, knowledge management and risk controls, contributing to cross-border projects in a truly international environment.

Qualifications

• At least 3+ years of experience in a banking environment / financial sector.
• Curiosity/interest in regulatory topics will be a key differentiating factor.
• Proficiency in English / French speaking is a nice to have.
• MS Office literacy with particular emphasis on MS Copilot, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Dynamism to lead initiatives, high interpersonal and communication skills in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Transversal mission around S&E, ABC, Knowledge management, and various regulatory controls.
• Ensure documentation/communication of processes to GLBA Front Officers whenever required.
• Support Front Officers on S&E and ABC processes.
• Identify risk areas and implement effective controls/remediation/escalation plans if necessary.
• Perform dedicated controls and monitor KRIs related to S&E and ABC topics.
• Contribute to regular S&E campaigns and prepare GLBA ABC/S&E Committees.
