Job summary

Citi Solutions Center Poland is seeking an experienced Wealth Investment Operations professional to manage capital markets transactions from capture to settlement. You will resolve trade exceptions, collaborate with trading desks and operations, and support a broad range of instruments, ensuring accurate, timely processing.

The role requires 5-8 years of experience, strong communication, and deep knowledge of trade lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in capital markets operations.
• Deep knowledge of instruments and their operational lifecycles.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Process and manage capital markets transactions ensuring timely, accurate execution and settlement.
• Partner with trading desks, branch offices, and operations to resolve trade exceptions.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for settlement and exception management in Wealth Investment Operations.
• Support a wide range of instruments (equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX, etc.).
• Contribute to process improvements and system implementations to scale the business.
