Citi in Warsaw is hiring a Middle Office Analyst to provide operational support to Traders across securities, cash and derivatives. You will help with data management, trade monitoring and reporting, and act as a bridge with Brokers, Custodians and other teams on global markets.

Qualifications

• A degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Good English and MS Outlook/Excel literacy.
• Willingness to learn and gain experience in finance.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with analytical thinking and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to Traders with securities, cash and derivatives transactions.
• Prepare daily and weekly/monthly reports.
• Cooperate with Brokers, Custodian, Accounting Teams and others.
• Perform control functions such as daily trade monitoring and reconciliations across systems.
• Assist Team Manager/Supervisor as required.
• Reply to client queries and analyze discrepancies.
• Review processes to identify improvements and support development.
• Support junior staff in daily work.
• Maintain operational risk awareness and regulatory compliance.
