Writing clean, reliable, and maintainable code.

Demonstratedprofessional programming experience, ideally in game development, tools, or pipeline engineering.
Strong C++ skills and a solid grasp of modern developmentbestpractices (architecture, debugging, profiling, testing).
Hands-on experience building procedural content tools (e.g., city/level generation, terrain systems, foliage scattering, rule-based placement).
Understanding of DCC pipelines used in game production and how tools integrate into them.
Practical UI development experience with frameworks such as Qt,ImGui, WPF, or similar—and a good eye for efficient, elegant authoring workflows.
A user-centered mindset, including consideration for level artists and designers, and an iterative approach to tool development based on feedback.
Strong communicationand collaboration skills, with the ability to connect engineering and creative disciplines.
Experience with procedural content packages and workflows (e.g., Houdini, Blender).
Familiarity with Unreal Engine and/or comparable game engines, including editor tooling and pipeline integration.
