Job summary

Luxoft Poland invites your organization to qualify its ability to provide test management services for our TRE 4.0 program. We seek an alternative delivery partner with demonstrated experience in financial systems testing.

Own the end-to-end functional test management—conceptual design, coordination of execution, governance and reporting—so the business can run tests against a controlled, risk-based plan.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable test management leadership on large, integrated, multi-vendor programmes.
• Ownership of the SIT/E2E/UAT lifecycle; risk-based testing and RTM traceability.
• Defect governance and daily triage in Jira (Zephyr).
• Coordinating execution across SI, SME and business testers.
• KPI reporting and Go/No-Go recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own the SIT/E2E/UAT lifecycle and risk-based testing RTM traceability.
• Oversee scenario-catalogue and test-case creation; ensure artefact completeness.
• Assemble and consolidate test cases, scenarios, plans and execution waves; ensure full RTM traceability.
• Coordinate execution across SMEs, testers and vendor teams; manage environments and access.
• Own the master test schedule and execution calendar; manage dependencies across testing streams.
