Job summary

Luxoft Poland is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead risk-based testing across SAP ERP initiatives, including implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrades. You will enforce READY/DONE criteria, build test suites, and drive defect management with executive visibility.

The role requires 6–10+ years in testing/QA, strong SAP ERP testing experience, and proficiency with ALM tools, SIT/E2E/UAT execution, and cross-functional leadership in a complex vendor ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or related field.
• 6-10+ years in testing/QA with at least 3+ years in test management.
• Proven SAP ERP (S/4HANA, BW/Analytics, CPI/PO) test leadership.
• Experienced in coordinating SIT, E2E and UAT with partners.
• Strong defect triage leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of O2C, P2P, H2R, R2R value streams and integrations.
• Proficient with test management and ALM tools; strong traceability practices.
• Excellent communication and senior stakeholder reporting.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a risk-based test approach across SAP projects.
• Enforce criteria, Definition of Ready/Done, and sign-offs with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain test suites for processes, integrations, and non-functional aspects.
• Ensure traceability from requirements through acceptance decisions.
• Plan, schedule, and run SIT, E2E, UAT, and non-functional tests.
• Coordinate with process/system teams and business SMEs for sign-off.
• Create, update and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Consolidate test status and report at PMO level.
• Lead defect management: severity, ownership, SLA, root cause, retest.
• Drive cross-team resolution and remove blockers.
• Enforce test data strategy and data readiness per cycle.
• Integrate performance, security, and other non-functional tests.
• Track KPIs and cadence of reporting to sponsors.
• Align with BP Owners, Engineering, SAP CoE, SI partners.
• Surface quality risks with clear business impact and decisions.
