Job summary

Luxoft is seeking an experienced Test Manager for SAP S/4HANA programs in Poland to lead risk-based testing across implementation, rollout and migration. You will coordinate SIT, E2E and UAT with partners and SMEs, drive defect triage, and manage test data strategy while ensuring traceability and stakeholder communication.

The role requires 6–10+ years in testing/QA, strong leadership in test management, and experience with ALM and non-functional testing across complex ERP ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 6–10+ years in testing/QA with 3+ years leading test cycles.
• Proven Test Manager experience in SAP ERP (S/4HANA, BW/Analytics, CPI/PO).
• Proven ability to orchestrate SIT, E2E and UAT with partners and business teams.
• Strong defect triage leadership across cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of value streams and integration points (APIs, middleware, jobs).
• Excellent communication and risk reporting to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain a risk-based test approach across SAP implementation, rollout, migration and transformation.
• Enforce entry/exit criteria and sign-off checkpoints with stakeholders.
• Build and maintain test suites for process variants, integrations, controls and non-functional aspects.
• Ensure traceability from business requirements to test scenarios and evidence.
• Plan, schedule and run SIT, E2E, UAT and non-functional test cycles.
• Coordinate teams with business SMEs for execution and sign-off.
• Create, update and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Consolidate test status and report to PMO and sponsors.
• Lead defect management and triage with severity, ownership and SLA.
• Drive cross-team resolution and remove blockers.
• Enforce test data strategy and confirm data readiness per cycle.
• Integrate non-functional testing (perf, security, authorisation, failover) into plans.
• Track KPIs and reporting cadence for leadership view.
• Align with process owners, engineering leadership and SI/partners on scope.
• Surface quality risks with clear business impact for decisions.
