Job summary

Join a strategic initiative within the banking sector focused on end-to-end home purchase processes across the Nordic countries. As a Test Data Manager, you will establish and drive an enterprise-wide Test Data Management capability in a highly international, agile environment, building scalable, compliant, and automated test data solutions.

You will define and implement the TDM strategy, govern data provisioning, masking, and GDPR compliance, while enabling self-service data access across teams

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience within Testing, QA, or Data Management.
• Strong experience with Test Data Management (TDM).
• Strong experience with Data Masking and Anonymization.
• Strong understanding of GDPR Compliance.
• Experience with Test Automation and CI/CD.
• Experience working in Agile and DevOps environments.
• Experience with Mainframe systems.
• Experience managing test data across multiple applications and integrated platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Hands-on experience with test data provisioning, subsetting, cloning, and synthetic data generation.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement the overall Test Data Management strategy.
• Establish TDM governance, ownership model, and operating framework.
• Develop policies for test data provisioning, masking, retention, and refresh management.
• Assess current test data processes, tools, and organizational responsibilities; identify gaps, risks, dependencies, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and implement a target-state TDM operating model.
• Enable self-service test data capabilities across teams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs).
• Drive test data automation and integrate TDM processes into CI/CD pipelines.
• Support test automation and AI-driven quality engineering initiatives.
• Lead PoC, pilot activities, and organization-wide rollout.
• Ensure GDPR and internal regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across business, testing, development, and data management teams.

As a Test Data Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and driving an enterprise-wide Test Data Management (TDM) capability. You will work in a highly international, agile environment, collaborating with business and technology teams to build scalable, compliant, and automated test data solutions supporting modern quality engineering practices.

Responsibilities you'll have

Define and implement the overall Test Data Management strategy
