Job summary

DCG in Warsaw seeks an experienced QA Automation Engineer to design, implement and maintain automated tests for web applications and REST APIs. You will work closely with developers, Product Owners and business experts to raise test coverage and reduce manual testing.

The role requires hands-on Java, modern frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, and experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Jira/Confluence. Fluent English is expected; Polish language not required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on test automation across web apps and APIs.
• Strong Java programming for automated tests.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, and REST Assured.
• ISTQB Foundation or equivalent knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain automated test cases with CI/CD integration.
• Increase automated test coverage across frontend and backend flows.
• Perform performance and non-functional testing using JMeter.
• Analyze results, identify gaps and drive automation improvements.
• Collaborate with developers, PO and business experts to ensure quality.
