Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an experienced Senior Test Automation Engineer to design, implement, and continuously improve automated test suites for Web UI and APIs. You will drive automation efforts, explore AI-enabled approaches, and maintain the testing framework while collaborating closely with developers and analysts to ensure high quality releases.

You will also monitor test executions, investigate failures, and extend coverage across REST/SOAP APIs within a robust CI/CD environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional experience in Test Automation.
• 5+ years of Web UI test automation using Selenium.
• 5+ years of Java development / test automation coding experience.
• Strong experience in functional, system and integration testing.
• 3+ years of API automation testing experience (REST/SOAP).
• Git, Bitbucket and CI/CD (Jenkins) experience.
• Jira and Confluence experience.
• English at B2 level or higher.
• ISTQB Foundation Level knowledge.
• 3+ years with test management tools (qTest, HP ALM).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and improve automated test cases for Web UI and APIs.
• Automate new test scenarios and leverage AI in test automation.
• Maintain and improve the automation framework and repository.
• Monitor daily automated test runs, analyze results and investigate failures.
• Maintain automated test cases in code and test management tools.
• Plan and execute regression testing for releases.
• Identify, report, track and verify defects.
• Extend test coverage with new automation scenarios.
• Provide recommendations based on results and risks.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts and team members to ensure quality.
• Support manual testing when required and follow QA processes.
