Job summary

Capco Poland is seeking a Senior Test Automation Consultant to design and implement robust automation solutions for banking and payments transformation projects. The role emphasizes regression, MVP coverage, and cross-functional collaboration.

Fluency in Polish is mandatory, with good English for documentation. You will work with manual testers, developers, and stakeholders, maintaining frameworks and driving quality through CI/CD pipelines in a hybrid Warsaw setting.

Qualifications

Experience designing and implementing regression test automation for complex banking or payments platforms.
Proven ability to define automation priorities and maintain frameworks.
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and related tooling.
Experience across API, integration, or end-to-end automation testing.
Certified in automation (ISTQB or equivalent) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and implement regression test automation for critical MVP paths.
Build and maintain the MVP Regression Pack for repeatable testing.
Automate smoke and regression scenarios across environments and data sets.
Maintain automation scripts and provide clear reporting on results.
Collaborate with manual testers and QA teams to prioritise automation coverage.
Proven experience with automation in banking, payments, or enterprise tech environments.
