Job summary

PwC in Poland seeks a Senior Consultant in Technology GRC with German to lead internal audit and advisory engagements focused on IT General Controls, business process controls and responsible AI. You will design enterprise risk management frameworks, map processes, and advise on GRC technology deployments.

Role includes authoring policies, leading a 2-3 person team, and developing internal tools. Fluent English and German and a solid GRC background are required for client-facing work with

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, GRC advisory or compliance.
• Fluency in English and German for verbal and written communication with stakeholders.
• Knowledge of GRC frameworks and internal audit standards (SOX, COSO ERM, COBIT, ISO 31000, ISO 27001, IIA).
• Hands-on experience with process mapping, control environment design and testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver internal audit and advisory engagements with focus on ITGC, business process controls, and responsible AI.
• Design and implement ERM frameworks including risk identification, assessment, appetite setting, and reporting.
• Map and optimise processes using BPMN, control matrices, and RACI.
• Advise clients on configuration and deployment of GRC technology platforms.
• Author policies and methodologies tailored to client environments.
• Manage a team of 2-3 consultants, plan workloads, and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.
