Job summary

PwC Warsaw is seeking a TechGRC Manager to lead and deliver internal audit and advisory engagements across IT, operations, and compliance. You will design ERM frameworks, map processes, and advise on GRC technology deployments, while building trusted stakeholder relationships.

You will manage a small team (2–6 consultants), mentor colleagues, and collaborate with PwC service lines on cross‑selling initiatives. Fluency in English and Polish is required.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, GRC advisory, or compliance (including min. 2 years in a senior/managerial capacity)
• Proven ability to lead teams (min. 3–5 people) and mentor junior consultants
• Strong communication to C-level and audit committees; English and Polish fluency required
• Experience with GRC platforms (Workiva, SAP GRC, Signavio) and process mapping

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver internal audit and advisory engagements (IT, operational, compliance) from planning through reporting
• Design and implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks and board reporting
• Map and optimise business and control processes; advise on GRC technology deployments
• Build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders; lead client workshops
• Manage a team of 2–6 consultants; mentor and ensure quality of deliverables
• Collaborate across PwC service lines on cross‑selling and multi‑disciplinary engagements
