PwC Polska seeks a Senior Consultant in Technology GRC with German to deliver internal audit and advisory engagements, focusing on IT general controls, business process controls, and responsible AI. You will design ERM frameworks, map processes, advise on GRC platforms, author tailored policies, and lead a small team across client projects.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in internal audit, risk management, GRC advisory or compliance.
• Fluency in English and German for written and spoken communications.
• Knowledge of GRC frameworks and internal audit standards (SOX, COSO ERM, COBIT, ISO 31000, ISO 27001, IIA Standards).
• Hands-on experience with process mapping, control design and testing.

Responsabilités

• Deliver internal audit and advisory engagements focusing on IT general controls and controls testing.
• Design and implement Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) frameworks with Board-level reporting.
• Map and optimise business processes using BPMN, control matrices, and RACI.
• Advise clients on configuring and deploying GRC technology platforms.
• Author policies, procedures, and methodologies tailored to client environments.
• Manage a team of 2–3 consultants, plan workloads, provide feedback, and contribute to knowledge sharing.
