Sii Sp. z o.o., Kraków, is looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to lead delivery of physical IT infrastructure for retail and office environments. You will coordinate multiple vendors, ensure site readiness, and align business and technical stakeholders.

The role requires at least five years of PM experience, strong networking knowledge, and fluency in English. Office 2 days a week. The position offers a dynamic environment with diverse projects for global brands, a supportive growth

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of project management experience in retail or workplace environments.
• Proven track record delivering physical IT infrastructure (hardware, network, EUC).
• Experience coordinating installation, logistics, and on-site implementation with vendors.
• Strong Meraki deployment knowledge including network commissioning and config coordination.
• Ability to manage costs, timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

About the project

We are looking for a Senior Technical Project Manager to join our team, focusing on delivering physical IT infrastructure for various environments such as retail, workplaces, and offices. You will play a crucial role in coordinating multiple vendors and ensuring that locations are ready to operate from a technology perspective. If you have a strong background in project management and are passionate about technology delivery, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.

Your responsibilities

• Managing Meraki-based network deployments and coordinating remote network commissioning and configuration
• Overseeing project management aspects, including cost, timeline, scope, risks, dependencies, and vendor performance
• Driving the delivery of physical IT infrastructure, including hardware, network, and EUC devices in retail and workplace environments

Our requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in project management within retail, workplace, or similar environments
• Strong expertise in delivering physical IT infrastructure, including hardware, network, and EUC devices
• Experience coordinating vendors for installation, logistics, and on-site implementation
• Good understanding of Meraki deployments, including network commissioning and configuration coordination
• Ability to manage project costs, timelines, risks, and dependencies effectively
• Experience with opening, closing, or migrating physical sites such as stores or offices
• Available to work from the office at least 2 days a week
• Fluent English

Optional

• Experience with Digital Workplace services and Microsoft technologies
• Familiarity with EUC operations and modern workplace technology
