Job summary

PayNearMe, Inc. is seeking a senior-level Technical Program Manager to drive execution of our most complex, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, compliance, and operations.

The role balances strategic vision with day-to-day delivery, operating as an individual contributor reporting to the Senior Director of TPM. You will own portfolio roadmaps, scale TPM practices, and influence senior leaders without formal authority while ensuring alignment on delivery rhythms and risk

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience managing complex technical programs.
• Proven track record delivering cross-functional programs on time.
• Hands-on Jira administration and scaling Agile tooling.
• Strong change management and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Fluent in translating technical concepts to non-technical partners.
• Excellent communication with senior engineering, product, and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional programs from inception through launch.
• Own portfolio roadmaps and prioritize across a portfolio of programs.
• Drive change management and enablement to ensure alignment.
• Scale TPM practices, tooling standards, and delivery frameworks.
• Identify friction points and create repeatable delivery frameworks.
• Apply agile, scrum, and lean methodologies across programs.
• Understand system-level architecture and trade-offs across teams.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans and updates.
• Partner with engineering and product to translate business needs into executable plans.
• Anticipate risks and dependencies; map risks at scale.
• Influence decisions across senior stakeholders without formal authority.
• Contribute to evolution of TPM best practices.
