PayNearMe, Inc. is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager, Demand Gen to own demand initiatives for Financial Institutions and Lending. This senior IC role focuses on account-based programs, engaging key buyers, generating sales meetings, and creating qualified opportunities with accountability to Sales.

You will collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Events, while guiding external partners to maximize paid media and publisher programs.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years in B2B demand generation or integrated campaigns.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proven ability to turn market insights into measurable demand programs.

Responsibilities

• Adapt and deliver demand generation strategy for FI and Lending markets.
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
• Own campaigns end-to-end with briefs, targeting, assets, launch, and measurement.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and Ops.
• Report on campaign effectiveness and optimize based on data.
