Job summary

Xebia Group is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to own causal biology product strategy and roadmaps, collaborating with researchers, data engineers and scientists.

You will translate complex scientific needs into clear development plans, define acceptance criteria, prioritise backlog, and drive launches with stakeholders across engineering, data platforms and cloud services. UK hours may apply.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience, preferably with technical, platform or data products.
• Experience with software engineering, data engineering or architecture teams.
• Strong discovery, roadmaps and backlog prioritisation.
• Able to map stakeholders and communicate with technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience writing PRDs or Product Development Plans.
• Knowledge of agile methods and hybrid delivery models.
• Strong Jira and Confluence skills.
• Reading technical docs and discussing data flows with engineers and scientists.

Responsibilities

• Own product strategy, roadmaps and value validation.
• Drive continuous discovery with researchers and R&D users.
• Translate needs into Product Development Plans and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise backlog and maintain requirements traceability.
• Lead launches with stakeholders across engineering, data platforms and cloud services.
• Collaborate with engineering, data platform, bioinformatics and computational science teams.
• Explore AI opportunities with client teams.
• Present product updates and recommendations to leaders and governance forums.
