Job summary

Xebia is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager (Casual Biology) to own product strategy and roadmaps for causal biology data capabilities. You will lead discovery with researchers and translate complex needs into actionable plans, partnering with engineering, data and bioinformatics teams to shape APIs, data flows and cloud solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration across diverse scientific stakeholders, backlog prioritisation, and governance-ready product development.

Qualifications

Minimum 8+ years in product management with technical/data products.
Experience with software/data engineering teams and architecture.
Strong discovery, roadmapping and backlog skills.
Ability to map stakeholders and communicate across audiences.
Proficiency in writing clear product requirements and PRDs.
Familiarity with agile and hybrid delivery models.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmaps and value validation for causal biology products.
Drive discovery with researchers and R&D users through interviews and observations.
Translate complex needs into product plans, user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize backlog and maintain traceability in Jira/Confluence.
Guide products through architecture reviews, design and launch.
Coordinate with Project Managers on resources and dependencies.
Lead UAT, release decisions and launch readiness with stakeholders.
Collaborate with engineering, data platform, bioinformatics and computational science teams on APIs and data flows.
Support product modernisation, adoption and monitoring of support requests.
