Job summary

Link Group is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to own high‑impact data products from concept to production. You will bridge business needs and production‑grade ML, with a focus on personalization and measuring impact through causal inference.

You will build and scale recommender engines, complex classification models, and NLP solutions using large datasets, applying uplift modeling to quantify true incremental effects on campaigns and products.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist delivering end-to-end products.
• Specialized ML: building and optimizing recommender systems at scale.
• Hands-on knowledge of causal inference, especially uplift modeling.
• Deep understanding of supervised learning and complex classification models.
• Strong NLP and embeddings experience; proficient in Python ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to translate challenges into ML hypotheses.
• Design, develop, and deploy recommender engines and NLP models using large datasets.
• Apply uplift modeling to measure incremental impact of products and campaigns.
