Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a skilled events technology professional to lead the technical planning and execution of global in-person, virtual, and hybrid events, ensuring objectives and attendee experiences are met.

You will manage audiovisual systems, live streaming, and production platforms, coordinate with venues and vendors, and guide internal teams while traveling up to 25% to support events across regions.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years in audiovisual support or related field.
• Experience with live, hybrid, webcast or broadcast technologies.
• Ability to travel ~25% domestically and internationally.
• German or French language skills are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical planning and execution of global in-person, virtual, and hybrid events.
• Manage event production technologies: audio, video, lighting, streaming, and platforms.
• Oversee relationships with external vendors and venues to ensure quality.
• Design signal routing, workflows, and operations across complex environments.
• Coordinate logistics including show flow, staffing, transport, and timelines.
• Support video production and broadcast activities for content creation.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to enhance audience engagement and event impact.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and staff while maintaining equipment readiness.

As part of the event production and technical events function, this team delivers in-person, hybrid, and virtual experiences that support business priorities, executive engagement, customer education, and global collaboration through advanced audiovisual and event technologies.This position may work remotely within Czechia/Poland or onsite at a Medtronic facility in Czechia/Poland.
