Job summary
ALTEN Polska is seeking a Technical Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end software delivery within an Agile/Scrum environment. You will drive technical design discussions, coordinate with architects, product managers and external vendors while mitigating risks and ensuring on-time releases.
The role requires 7–10+ years in IT, deep SAFe experience, and strong expertise in cloud platforms, Kubernetes, microservices, and CI/CD pipelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- 7–10+ years of IT experience with leadership in agile delivery cycles.
- Deep familiarity with SAFe, automated system testing, and Jira/Confluence dashboards.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle software delivery in an Agile/Scrum environment, from requirements to deployment.
- Participate in high-level technical design, architecture reviews, and trade-off discussions.
- Identify blockers, dependencies, and risks, implementing mitigation strategies.
- Manage communication across cross-functional teams, architects, product managers, and external partners.
- Develop and track resource allocation and sprint plans aligned with release schedules.
