Job summary

ALTEN Polska is seeking a Senior IT Analyst to drive business and system analysis, IT architecture, and Agile collaboration across stakeholders. The role involves gathering requirements, designing functional specifications, and ensuring solutions meet IT standards.

The position offers remote work from Poland with opportunities to relocate within ALTEN Polska branches. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in analysis, 4+ years in IT, 2+ years in banking, and strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in system, business, or process analysis.
Minimum 2 years of experience in banking.
Minimum 4 years of experience in IT.
Experience with backoffice systems, ATMs, payments or settlements and clearing is desirable.
Strong ability to gather information from multiple stakeholders and source data from databases and reports.
Strong knowledge of REST, SOAP, and API interfaces.

Responsibilities

Gather, collect, and analyze business and system requirements.
Support the design of functional requirements and decompose them as needed.
Verify functional and mandatory system solutions.
Implement new IT solutions by analyzing and evaluating system and business requirements.
Create functional and non-functional requirement specifications, optimizing them according to IT standards.
Prepare documentation and user stories for functional solutions, components, integrations, and data.
Participate in system architecture design, data modeling, and process modeling.
Maintain and update documentation.
Support the preparation of test scenarios and their verification in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in the preparation of metrics and guidelines for monitoring and reports based on system and business knowledge.
