Qualifications

• 10+ years in software development with hands-on experience in core languages.

Responsibilities

• Bridge technical execution with business strategy and identify risks.
• Champion DevSecOps and ensure compliance.
• Manage sprint health and technical blockers.
• Perform code reviews and troubleshoot production incidents.
• Guide the team in implementing open-source tools.
