Job summary

SentinelOne is seeking an experienced Staff Product Manager to guide the evolution of AI-SIEM detection and response capabilities. You will own the product strategy for detection content and the detection engine, partnering with engineering, data science, threat research, product marketing, and sales to deliver the next evolution of detection on the AI-SIEM platform.

You will translate threat intelligence into practical product decisions, drive features from concept to launch, and collaborate

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience in SIEM, XDR, detection engineering, or related security/SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of threat detection concepts like correlation logic and UEBA.
• Interest in evolving threat landscape and detection technologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to various audiences.
• Proven ability to collaborate with research, engineering, and product marketing teams.
• Strong quantitative and business analysis skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience working with local and remote teams across time zones.
• Ability to prioritize multiple initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• Willingness to travel 15–20% to customer and company locations.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the strategy and roadmap for AI-SIEM detection engines and content.
• Collaborate with engineering to build and maintain infrastructure components.
• Work with Threat Research, Data Science, and Engineering to translate threat trends into solutions.
• Apply AI and LLMs to improve research workflows and detection development.
• Write clear, well-scoped requirements and drive features from concept to launch.
• Identify unmet customer needs and define use cases for the offering.
• Partner with Marketing on go-to-market strategy and target personas.
• Engage with Sales and Support to promote releases and guide direction.
• Conduct competitive analyses and keep abreast of activity.
• Build relationships with customers/prospects to understand workflows.
