Jeppesen ForeFlight in Gdańsk is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for the site, focusing on hard-to-find passive candidates. You’ll build pipelines, engage local tech communities, and partner with leaders to shape hiring plans.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in recruiting, strong network in Poland, and fluency in English and Polish. You’ll work onsite in our Gdańsk office and help ForeFlight scale responsibly.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting, with startup/high-growth experience.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing hard-to-find passive candidates in technical roles.
• Strong network in the Polish tech community.
• Advanced sourcing across LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, referrals, and other non-traditional channels.
• Trusted partner to hiring managers and leaders.
• Fluency in English and Polish.
• Experience with ATS (Greenhouse/Workday/Lever).
• Ability to work onsite in our Gdańsk office [x days per week].

Responsabilités

• Own sourcing for hard-to-fill roles in the Tri-City tech scene.
• Build and maintain a talent network in Poland and Europe.
• Represent ForeFlight at meetups, conferences, and university events.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and sourcing plans.
• Run full-cycle recruitment from intake to close.
• Improve hiring processes with a startup mindset.
• Use data to improve pipeline health and metrics.
• Ensure compliance with Polish labor law and GDPR.
• Collaborate with HR, Compensation, Legal, and TA teams.
• Mentor junior recruiters as the team grows.
