Jeppesen ForeFlight is hiring a Senior Talent Partner to own full-cycle recruiting for our Gdańsk site, focusing on hard-to-find passive candidates and building local pipelines within the Tri-City tech community.

You’ll partner with hiring managers and leadership to translate business goals into hiring plans, advise on market realities and compensation, and represent the company at local events to grow ForeFlight’s presence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of recruiting experience, including in startup or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of sourcing and closing hard-to-find passive candidates, especially in technical roles.
• Strong network in the Polish tech community and ability to engage passive candidates.

Responsibilities

• Own sourcing for hard-to-fill roles in engineering, data, and niche technical areas.
• Build and nurture a talent network in the Tri-City region and broader Polish/European markets.
• Represent ForeFlight at meetups, conferences, and university events to boost local presence in Gdańsk.
• Partner with hiring managers to translate goals into hiring plans and market-based offers.
• Run full-cycle recruitment from intake to close with a high-touch candidate experience.
• Improve hiring processes using data on pipeline health and time-to-fill.
