Job summary

Flix in Poland is seeking a Senior Tech Recruiter (m/f/d) to own end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex technical roles across Engineering, Product, and emerging tech. You will partner with engineering leaders to shape hiring strategies and drive scalable processes.

You will build pipelines, analyze data, and ensure a standout candidate experience while strengthening Flix's employer brand. Fluency in English is required; Polish market hiring is essential; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven full-cycle technical recruiting experience in fast-growing, product international companies or scale-ups.
• Experience hiring in the Polish tech talent market; German market experience is a strong plus.
• Exceptional stakeholder and offer management skills with senior leaders.
• Data-driven recruitment with ability to generate insightful reports and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for senior and complex technical roles across Engineering, Product, Design, and emerging tech.
• Partner with Engineering Managers and Tech Leads to shape hiring strategies and sourcing/assessment approaches.
• Identify and remove process bottlenecks to improve hiring funnel performance.
• Build and maintain deep talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and market mapping.
• Analyze data to drive data-informed hiring decisions and candidate experience.
• Drive cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects to improve processes and scalability.
• Represent Flix employer brand throughout the hiring journey.
