Job summary

Brown Brothers Harriman is seeking a Senior Tax Documentation Specialist in Kraków to join our Global Tax Services team. You will collect, validate, and track tax documents for custody clients, ensuring proper initial setup for tax withholding and ongoing maintenance, while handling client inquiries with clear English communication.

You will participate in client calls and due diligence visits, working with client service and relationship managers on escalations, and supporting tax compliance

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent combination of experience and/or education.
• Tax knowledge/ experience preferred.
• Written and oral communication skills with ability to convey information to internal and external clients.
• Highly organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, capable of monitoring and completing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and track our custody clients' tax documentation.
• Understand regulatory requirements and withholding environments for assignment countries.
• Perform account and market reconciliations with potential collaboration with Tax Research.
• Review changes in account information and coordinate resolutions with senior staff.
• Solicit new documentation and manage expirations with client service teams.
• Escalate tax documentation/compliance issues to management to mitigate risk.
