Job summary

Capri Sun Group in Poland is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for our upcoming manufacturing site in Stargard. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for engineering, production and corporate roles, building strong candidate pipelines and guiding hiring decisions.

You will be based in Stargard with occasional travel to Warsaw, joining a dynamic, international recruitment team and shaping employer branding and candidate experience in a fast-growing FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• University degree or apprenticeship in a relevant field.
• At least 4 years in talent acquisition in an international manufacturing company.
• Experience recruiting for blue collar and corporate functions.
• Proven active sourcing on LinkedIn and other channels.
• Fluent Polish with business English; willing to travel to Stargard/Warsaw.

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for our new manufacturing location in Stargard, Poland.

PURPOSE OF THIS ROLE

In this role you will support two distinct phases of recruitment.

In the first phase (expected till end of 2027) you will support the scale up of our new manufacturing site in Stargard. Roles will range from engineering, production to corporate and back office functions. Once fully staffed, your role will be to support business continuity by taking full operational responsibility of recruitment in Poland - corporate and production hiring for both our Polish locations in Stargard and Warsaw.

You will receive the support of Talent Acquisition Specialists from other locations during very high volume hiring. Similarly you will support the broader team when you have capacity.
In addition you will gather local talent market intelligence as well as network, source and build relationships with talents within FMCG space to help build high performing teams for our business.
When not actively recruiting, you support with employer branding activities by creating content for our socials which represent our work culture and how we hire. You will be part of a dynamic, international recruitment team and proactively suggest ways to improve processes and candidate experience - including suggesting AI usage where relevant.

Location: You will be physically based in our future office in Stargard but may be occasionally required to travel to our corporate office in Warsaw.

YOUR TASKS

• Continuous active sourcing, screening applications, corresponding with applicants, setting up assessments, scheduling and conducting interviews as well as managing offer process
• Creating engaging job adverts in cooperation with hiring managers and HR business partners
• Proactively advising business leaders and hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process with regards to applicant selection, recruiting channels and interview methods
• Collaborating closely with the global project management team during the scale up phase
• Conducting job interviews - phone screens, Teams and in-person interviews - together with hiring managers
• Building strong talent pipelines by networking on social media and other relevant forums
• Supporting with local and global employer branding + other recruitment projects
• Analysing and reporting on recruitment funnel data as well as tracking recruitment KPIs
• Ensuring successful collaboration with external agencies (only in exceptional cases)

YOUR PROFILE

• Successfully completed university degree or apprenticeship in a relevant field
• At least 4 years of work experience in talent acquisition in an internationally operating manufacturing company. TA experience in manufacturing is required while knowledge of FMCG is highly preferred
• Experience in recruiting for blue collar (production) as well as corporate functions - entry level to middle management roles
• Proven experience in active sourcing on LinkedIn and other relevant channels
• Very good understanding of the full candidate life cycle
• High level of interest in the evolving technology landscape within recruitment and employer branding
• Experience working with modern ATS as well as comfortable with MS Office Suite
• Structured, independent way of working and a strong communicator
• Able to work as a reliable sparring partner to hiring managers and HR Manager for all recruitment related topics
• Native level fluency in Polish and business fluent in English - required
• Located within commutable distance to Stargard and willing to come to the office at least 3 days a week. Number of office days may be more to accommodate in-person interview schedules
