Job summary

Link Group is seeking a Senior T-SQL Developer to drive complex database development and performance optimization. You will write and optimize advanced T-SQL queries and stored procedures (Sybase) and craft Linux shell scripts to support production systems.

You will analyze architectural changes, design comprehensive test plans, and promote best engineering practices. Strong English communication and collaboration across global locations are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on T-SQL experience (Sybase) in database development.
• Strong Linux shell scripting skills.
• Willingness to learn Python, WTX, and SAP Business Objects.
• Fluent English, written and spoken; able to work in global teams.

• Support & Documentation: Create technical documentation and assist the Production Support team with complex troubleshooting.

Requirements

• T-SQL (Sybase): 4+ years of hands-on expert experience in database development and performance optimization.
• Linux Shell: Strong experience writing and maintaining shell scripts.
• Secondary Tech: Basic knowledge of (or willingness to quickly learn) Python, WTX, and SAP Business Objects.
• General: Fluent English (written and spoken), strong analytical skills, and experience working in global, cross-location teams.
