Job summary

fusionSpan is seeking an experienced Systems Administrator to own health, security, and connectivity of the platforms it runs on. This hands-on role collaborates across cloud infrastructure, enterprise SaaS administration, and software integration, with Salesforce and AWS at the core.

The position supports Poland and US teams and is 100% remote, flexible in hours, and part of a long-term B2B engagement. You will manage SaaS apps, IAM, device management, and API-driven integrations, while

Qualifications

• 4+ years of systems administration / DevOps ownership of production systems.
• Bachelor's Degree in CS/IT/MIS or related field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on with at least one major cloud platform (AWS preferred).
• Experience administering enterprise SaaS apps including identity and access management.
• Scripting knowledge (Python, JS, Bash, PowerShell) and API integration.

Responsibilities

• Administer SaaS applications like Salesforce, Google Workspace, Jira, Confluence, Slack, Zoom, BambooHR, QuickBooks, Cloudflare, Claude, and Iru MDM.
• Own IAM/SSO, provisioning, deprovisioning, and access reviews across systems.
• Onboard/offboard users and manage device enrollment and policy.
• Maintain cloud infra (AWS), security posture, and cost visibility.
• Build and maintain integrations between systems via REST/SOAP APIs.
