Productiv Team is seeking a sharp Junior Systems Administrator to join our team. This early-career role focuses on maintaining and evolving the backbone of our business operations, sitting between cloud infrastructure and software integration.

You will ensure health, security, and connectivity of core platforms, handle API integrations, and learn to work across Salesforce, AWS, Slack, and QuickBooks within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• Ability to read/write code and work with APIs.
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP and authentication concepts.
• Comfort with command line, logs, and debugging.
• Strong learning ability with new systems.

Responsibilities

• Investigate requirements, identify root causes, and present clear findings.
• Gather stakeholder requirements and translate to technical specs.
• Design solutions, test, and implement them end-to-end.
• Maintain clear, up-to-date technical docs for architecture and integrations.
• Admin Salesforce and AWS components as part of platform health.
• Manage API integrations and monitor data synchronization.
• Provide troubleshooting for API bottlenecks and outages.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
