Job summary

Relativity in Poland is seeking a Staff Systems Administrator for the IT Operations Endpoint Engineering team. You will shape strategy for the endpoint ecosystem, drive security, scalability, and operational excellence across management, deployment, and compliance.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, define enforcement patterns, and mentor engineers. The role emphasizes incident leadership, runbook quality, and durable, auditable security controls to protect endpoints at scale.

Qualifications

• Senior or principal-level experience with enterprise endpoint platforms and security controls.
• Proven ability to lead cross-team IT Operations and Security initiatives.
• Strong track record designing enforceable endpoint security baselines.

Responsibilities

• Define and steward endpoint architecture patterns across management, security, deployment, and compliance.
• Provide technical leadership on Intune, Autopilot, Defender/Intune integration, analytics.
• Lead design of endpoint hardening and least-privilege configurations.
• Act as final escalation point for endpoint incidents and root-cause analysis.
• Produce executive-ready technical artifacts for security and IT leadership.
• Own runbooks, standards, and documentation for the endpoint fleet.
