Sphera is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to lead customer implementations of our supply chain risk management solutions. You will own projects end-to-end, guiding clients from kickoff through value realization while coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders.

Role emphasizes SCM expertise, project management, and strong client engagement. This remote-friendly position expects collaboration across global teams and continuous improvement of delivery practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain management including procurement or supplier management.
• Experience in client-facing consulting, implementation or project delivery.
• Ability to manage projects from start to finish.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementation projects from kickoff through to completion.
• Typically manage implementation projects, delivering on time, within scope and to a high standard.
• Lead customer meetings and workshops to understand requirements, processes and objectives.
• Translate customer requirements into effective solution configurations and implementation approaches.
• Provide customer training and guidance to maximize platform value.
• Act as trusted advisor using supply chain expertise to give recommendations.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables, risks and customer expectations.
• Support the Sales team during pre-sales with implementation and SCM expertise.
• Contribute to solution scoping, estimates, and implementation planning.
• Share knowledge and implement best practices across the team.
