Job summary

Sphera seeks a Senior .NET Developer with extensive Azure cloud services and Azure DevOps experience. You will lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure cloud-native applications, setting technical direction and mentoring other developers while partnering with product teams.

You will drive architecture, code quality, security, and performance, helping the organization advance its cloud-based platforms and services across teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional .NET development experience.
• Experience designing cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong hands-on Azure DevOps experience.
• Distributed systems, RESTful APIs, and microservices background.
• Relational databases with Azure SQL/SQL Server and EF/Dapper.
• Solid architecture knowledge and best practices (SOLID, testing, CI/CD).
• Experience leading technical initiatives in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and delivery of complex .NET applications.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure with security and reliability.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Provide technical leadership through reviews and guidance.
• Collaborate with Product Owners to translate requirements into solutions.
• Ensure code quality, performance, and observability; drive incident resolution.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to hiring and onboarding.
• Continuously improve engineering practices and tooling.
