• Experience in Supply Chain Management and related areas.
• Experience in client-facing consulting, implementation or project management.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and challenges.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from kickoff to completion.
• Manage projects on time, within scope, and to a high standard.
• Run customer meetings to capture requirements and propose configurations.
• Provide training and act as trusted advisor during the engagement.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer experience.
