Job summary

Beiersdorf AG in Poznań seeks a seasoned Controlling professional to partner with Supply Chain, Finance and business stakeholders to drive performance and inform strategic decisions.

You will monitor KPIs, coordinate planning, forecasting and budgeting, ensure compliant P&L reporting, and push standardization and risk controls across Supply Chain Controlling while collaborating across functions and cultures.

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Logistics, or related field.
• 5+ years in Controlling, Consulting, or Financial Advisory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills.
• Excellent communication across functions, cultures, and levels.
• Proficient in English (written and spoken).
• SAP FI/CO/MM/BI, advanced Excel, and Power BI.

Your Tasks

• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and business stakeholders to drive performance management and support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and analyze key Supply Chain KPIs, identify performance gaps, and recommend corrective actions to achieve targets.
• Lead and coordinate Supply Chain planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes, ensuring alignment with regional requirements and deliverables.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant financial reporting of Supply Chain P&L accounts, including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• Drive process standardization, efficiency improvements, risk controls, and compliance within Supply Chain Controlling operations.
• Act as the main point of contact for Supply Chain Controlling topics and contribute to cross-functional projects and business initiatives.

Your Profile

• University degree in Finance, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Controlling, Consulting, or Financial Advisory.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and business partnering skills, with a proactive and agile mindset.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across functions, cultures, and organizational levels.
• Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong systems and reporting expertise, including SAP (FI/CO/MM/BI), advanced Excel, and BI tools (e.g., Power BI).
