Sherwin-Williams is seeking a Financial Analyst to monitor and analyze global supply chain performance, support month-end close, inventory accounting, and reporting. You will collaborate with regional stakeholders, provide management reporting, and contribute to cost-saving initiatives and continuous improvement.
The role requires a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, at least three years of experience, and strong Excel and English proficiency.
Responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial and operational performance, ensuring timely and accurate month‑end close activities, inventory accounting, reconciliations, and reporting. Supports budgeting, forecasting, capital projects, and physical inventory reviews while serving as the key finance contact for Global Supply Chain and regional stakeholders. Provides management reporting and analytical support for operational excellence and cost‑saving initiatives to support business decision‑making and continuous improvement.
Salary range: 12,900-15,000 PLN
