Job summary

Lingarogroup in Poland seeks a Senior Supply Chain Analyst / Senior Consultant to support end-to-end growth and delivery of our Supply Chain practice. You will bridge business and technology teams, capturing challenges and translating needs into scalable, data-driven solutions powered by analytics and AI.

Responsibilities include presales, discovery, requirements, design, and client presentations, with deep supply chain knowledge across planning, logistics, and warehousing.

Qualifications

• 10-15+ years in business analysis or supply chain consulting or related tech implementation roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead presales activities for supply chain transformation and technology engagements.
• Contribute to RFP/RFI responses, proposals, solution narratives, effort estimates, and delivery approaches.
• Work with sales, leadership, solution architects, and delivery teams to develop client proposals.
• Create client-facing presentations, solution decks, and executive materials.
• Support development of new supply chain services, accelerators, and reusable assets.
• Participate in client meetings, discovery workshops, demos, and solution walkthroughs.
• Lead or support requirements gathering across supply chain functions.
• Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps and opportunities.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis between requirements and platform capabilities.
• Define future-state processes and operating models.
• Bridge communication between business users, product teams, and leadership.
