Job summary

RELEX Solutions in Warsaw is seeking a Solution Consultant for CPG/Manufacturing to design tailored supply chain solutions, integrate with client systems, and drive value using the latest technologies, including machine learning.

You will work closely with customers and in-house teams to deliver innovative solutions, requiring curiosity about supply chain processes and software configuration, plus strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Academic background in Business, Engineering, or related fields.
• Experience in solution design, consulting, or software implementation.
• Knowledge of manufacturing operations and planning challenges.
• Strong SQL proficiency and data analytics skills.
• Experience leading testing, training, and user adoption with customers.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Fluency in English; German is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to understand business objectives and planning needs.
• Design tailored supply chain solutions with cross-functional teams to drive profitability.
• Ensure integration of our product with clients' systems and processes.
• Conduct rigorous testing to meet customer specs and quality standards.
• Guide customers to maximize product value and efficiency.
