Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Significant experience in Supplier Quality Engineering for heavy machinery.
• Knowledge of Root Cause Analysis, NCR/SDR, process audits.
• Fluent English in written and spoken form.
• Based in or willing to commute to Wroclaw (hybrid).
• Willingness to travel across Europe (>40%).

Responsabilités

• Manage quality lifecycle for outsourced generator components and heavy machinery.
• Drive QA from supplier selection to final inspections.
• Perform supplier evaluations, capability assessments, and audits.
• Onboard new suppliers with sourcing and engineering teams.
• Conduct surveillance audits and Factory Acceptance Tests at supplier sites.
• Handle Supplier Deviation Requests and Non‑Conformance Reports efficiently.
• Lead Root Cause Analysis and resolve complex quality issues cross-functionally.
• Collaborate with European suppliers and our Wroclaw plant to improve quality.
