Job summary

Victaulic Company in Poland seeks a Supplier Quality Engineer to oversee supplier qualification and management across Europe. You will conduct product and process audits, drive corrective actions, and monitor supplier performance to meet Victaulic quality standards.

The role requires collaboration with Sourcing and cross-functional teams and travel across Europe, up to 60%. Ideal candidates hold a Engineering degree and 3–5 years in supplier quality with knowledge of ISO 9001, quality tools, and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in Supplier Quality or related quality role.
Fluent Polish; English B2/C1 in writing and speaking.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sourcing and cross-functional teams to drive supplier qualification.
Plan and perform supplier, product, and process audits; support first-piece approvals.
Manage non-conforming material containment, root cause analysis, and CAPA.
Lead supplier development initiatives in collaboration with the Supplier Development Engineering Team.
Monitor supplier performance using quality metrics and trend analysis.
Communicate quality objectives to internal customers and ensure follow-through.
