Job summary

Baker Hughes Company is seeking Lead/Senior Engineer, Systems, Project Engineering in Poland. The role focuses on coordinating technical interfaces across multiple teams and partners for complex subsea projects, ensuring alignment of engineering, construction, and commissioning activities.

Ideal candidates have offshore subsea experience, strong interface management skills, and a track record leading cross-functional teams under tight timelines. Hybrid work from Warsaw is available.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Structural, or Subsea engineering.
Extensive offshore or subsea project experience.
Proven ability to manage consortium interfaces and use interface management tools.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain interface registers and plans across stakeholders.
Facilitate meetings, coordinate workshops, and resolve interface queries.
Identify and mitigate interface risks, monitor dependencies.
Ensure technical alignment across subsea systems (SURF, SPS, topside).
Promote transparent communication and consistent stakeholder messaging.
