Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Contract Administrator for the Poland AP1000 Project in Lubiatowo to manage moderate to high complexity subcontracts from award through closeout. You will ensure commercial and contractual requirements align with IWPP, Policy 230, and DSCS governance, coordinating with multiple functions to deliver a major nuclear infrastructure project.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or international equivalent in a related field with 5–8 years of relevant experience or 9–12 years total.
• Experience in subcontract formation and administration on EPC, nuclear, infrastructure, or major industrial projects.
• Experience supporting commercial evaluations, negotiations, contract award and post‑award management.
• Experience with governance frameworks and DSCS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administers subcontracts through execution, changes, payments and closeout.
• Reviews terms to identify risks and ensures mitigation plans are in place.
• Manages changes, amendments, and claims per project procedures.
• Coordinates with Construction, Engineering, and Legal to ensure interface discipline.
• Maintains records, reports, forecasts, and audit-ready documentation.
• Supports resolution of contractual issues with vendors and stakeholders.
• Ensures compliance with IWPP, Policy 230, DSCS and export controls.
• Uses DSCS to manage workflows, approvals and records.
• Supports audits, management reviews, and lessons learned on subcontracting.
