Job summary

Bechtel Poland is seeking a Lead Contract Administrator for the AP1000 project. The role oversees the commercial administration of the Deep Excavation subcontract, coordinating with Construction, Engineering, Legal, and Procurement to ensure compliance with project procedures and governance.

You will lead change management, risk mitigation, and commercial performance across the package. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 8–14 years of relevant experience, including

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field with 8–14 years of relevant experience.
• Experience administering complex EPC/subcontract work on infrastructure, nuclear, energy, or industrial projects.
• Experience managing subcontract changes, claims, and commercial reporting throughout project execution.
• Experience in regulated environments and knowledge of the European market is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of contract administration and subcontract management principles.

Responsibilities

• Administers all commercial and contractual aspects of the Deep Excavation subcontract package from execution to closeout.
• Manages subcontract changes, amendments, compensation events, claims, and notices per contract requirements and project procedures.
• Monitors subcontract performance, identifies risks/opportunities, and develops mitigation plans with stakeholders.
• Reviews payment applications, forecasts, commitments, and submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintains accurate commercial records, change registers, and reporting tools for visibility of status and exposure.
• Supports negotiations, settlements, and resolution of commercial matters with subcontractors.
