Job summary

Hatch is seeking an experienced 3D structural modeler in Katowice to develop detailed models of industrial steel and reinforced concrete structures. You will produce drawings, prepare quantities, and support documentation across design stages.

The role requires collaboration within a multidisciplinary team, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced engineering environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in 3D modeling of building structures
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and drawings
• Proficiency in English for effective technical communication
• Experience with 3D design and modeling software such as Tekla Structures or Revit

Responsibilities

• Develop 3D models of industrial steel and reinforced concrete structures
• Prepare material take-offs and quantity schedules
• Produce technical drawings and project documentation
• Work on projects at various stages of development (conceptual, basic, detailed design)
• Collaborate with project team and participate in coordination meetings
