Job summary

Hatch Ltd. in Katowice seeks a BIM/CAD Systems Implementation Specialist to deploy and customize design tool suites for EPCM projects, ensuring data quality across the engagement lifecycle and supporting Digital Project Delivery requirements.

You will configure templates, manage access, and guide end users while aligning with ISO 19650 and Hatch standards. Strong scripting and data handling are essential.

Qualifications

• Recognized degree in Engineering or Computer Science.
• 5–10 years of IT experience in an EPCM environment preferred.
• Strong automation, data modeling, and data integration capabilities.
• Advanced knowledge of MicroStation or AutoCAD.
• Experience with Bentley OpenPlant, Hexagon Smart Suite, or Autodesk Plant suite.
• Windows networking, Office tools, and SQL databases.
• Programming in .NET, VB/VBA, C#/C++, or PowerShell.
• Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with BIM principles and ISO 19650 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and customize design tool configurations for each engagement.
• Pilot mass data handling and automation opportunities for design tools.
• Configure templates, seed files, and object libraries to align with Hatch standards.
• Coordinate tool access, security, and language translation processes.
• Support design tool deployment and ongoing technical assistance.
